AHS-Utah Student Scholarship Application

We have two different scholarships available: the Konrad Nelson Scholarship (Harp Rental Assistance) and the Rosalie Pratt Scholarship (Harp Lesson Tuition Assistance). This application is for those applying for either scholarship. Scholarships will be awarded in June for the period of June 2023 through May 2024. 

This is a two part application process. The student will submit their part of the application. Then their teacher will complete the second part of the application (which will be emailed to the teacher). Both the student and the teacher must be members of the AHS-Utah Chapter.
